Who here takes progesterone cream?
 

Not many people know about it because because most doctors are against natural products, but low progesterone levels are basically the cause of PCOS. Low progesterone levels cause: Obesity, Depression, Low thyroid, Facial hair, Insulin Resistance, Depression etc. I'm not on any BC pills or metformin or anything, I just take progesterone cream. It works wonders :)

What is this cream and where can you get it? Is it found in Natural Health places? How long did you use it before you started to notice a change in the hair growth? I'll try anything to help with the hirsutism!

I got it from my naturopath. There are places where you can order it online if you can't find a doctor who will give it to you, here's a link http://www.yourlifesource.com/womens-health.htm with lots of info. I haven't noticed a change in hair growth, but I don't have much of a problem with that. It's really helped me with weight loss though. I was eating healthy and exercising a lot for months but not losing weight. When I started taking the cream I began losing about a lb. a week.
