LC with carbo good or bad?

Im training for a marathon in January and currently run about 30 miles/wk (5 days). I haven't seen any weight loss results for a couple years with just running and I want to lose 20lbs, so I started to LC. I am on day 11, and while I am doing the induction phase but I also add in some carbs - almonds/cashews/fruit (around 10-15g/day) - since I put in so many miles. So I probably have about anywhere from 20-40g/day (guesstimate).

UGH in 11 days, I haven't lost an ounce of weight. Is this normal? Should I stop taking in those extra carbs and strictly adhere to the Induction Phase of Atkins?

My running stamina was terrible the first week, but after 11 days I think I'm back to my race pace of 9:00/mile and i feel awesome. Just no smaller.

Anyone have any insight for me? What am I doing wrong, if anything?

Thanks for any help!

PS Question: Is Sugar free Cool Whip OK? it has about 1g carbs per tablespoon
