SuperGreens drink on Induction ????

Thoughts on drinking a supergreen drink on induction. Before starting induction this week. I drank a supergreen drink before leaving for work at 5am. This kept me satisfied until I ate breakfast. It only has 2 net carbs so I think it would be fine but I would love some opinions. Thanks

here is a link to what I drink if you want to look before forming an opinion.

Welcome to the board
I could not get the amazon page to display the list of ingredients and amount of carbs in the drink - maybe you can list them so the experienced Atkineers here can give an opinion?

80 percent monk fruit. I have no experience with that. I'd be looking for my super greens in a salad form but that's just me. The stuff looks pretty safe for something created in a lab ;) If it keeps you from eating wheat, sugar and french fries I'm all in!

You can zoom in on the ingredients at:
https://nestednaturals.com/suppleme...getable-powder/
It shows 4g carbs, 2g of which is fiber, most of the ingredients appear to be natural, so looks like an OK way to get vitamins, antioxidants & probiotics.

Looks ok to me...don't know anything about monk fruit, but the nutrients look fine...

Thanks for the responses.

I'm still getting most of my carbs from fresh greens everyday. I just tried the mix today for the first time. I want to drink it first thing so I have a little something in my stomach before driving to work.
It would have been great for a day like yesterday when we were out at a fair all day and there were zero veggie options to eat. 2 $10 hamburgers with no buns had to do. I did sniff the funnel cakes for a while...

Looks like an expensive way to get some vitamin C, which is the most of any nutrients listed on the label. Once you've tried it a few times, check to see if it really suppresses your appetite or whether you become hungry within a couple hours. With no fat and a laundry list of "super food" ingredients, it may just be an expensive way to make people think they're getting healthy by consuming this product. In my opinion, with all the ingredients listed in the Alkalizing, Fiber, Antioxidant, Immunity, Probiotic, and Enzyme blends, one scoop is likely to provide trace amounts of any of that stuff. The Probiotic Blend needs to introduce living bacteria to your gut, and I doubt that can happen with the way this product is packaged. There are other quick ways to consume some healthy nutrients before heading off to work. Let us know how this works for you.
