Walking challenge
Hi,
Anyone want to join me on a simple walking challenge. The goal is to hit 10,000 steps per day. |
I'm interested.....but how do you count your steps? Not sure if I can do it but willing to try.

Got my first set of "walking shoes" recently and amazed on the difference vs my old regular Walmart sneakers.. Def' helps in lugging forward.

Sure, I'll join. I have been wearing a pedometer for years, and feel a little naked without it. :D
