I am 166 in 2011

I was 157 in 2010

I was 165 in 2009

I was 204 & measured my blood sugars in 2008.

It is much better to hold steady at around here than OVER 200-LAND! :idea:

You doing great, now keep it moving nice an slow, and go for your 150 goal. you can get it this year.
