Bloated in third week...
 

Didnt no where else to post a female ???? ;) I do have pcos so guess I can post here..Im in my third week of a combind atkins/protein power plan Ive lost 10 pnd with 14 days & started feeling great.The last few days have been awful Yesturday I craved junk food all day But I was GOOD :cool: & resisted.I feel very bloated & nauseated.I think AF might be on her way since Im late again like always my temps dropped three days ago.Do you still get bloated when af is due???I guess I thought being in ketosis & having already lost the water weight that I wouldnt be bloated.I have no Idea whats making me nauseated & my energy was great last week now its rock bottom..Anyone else experience these kinda symptoms when af was due???
