Sous Vide Again
I've been neglecting this cooking technique lately. But I got an interesting email that is stirring my enthusiasm again:

I've always had concerns about this method of cooking due to BPA leaching from the plastic. The article says to use vacuum or zipper-lock bags; aren't you supposed to use bags made specifically for sous vide? Sounds interesting though.
