This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. 1 - 168.4 I am coming back for a while now. I have struggled to stay below 170, much less 160. It is an odd time to return as I am going to Florida for 10 days starting Tuesday. But I wanted to commit to this now. Good to see so many of you back. Thanks Greek Ribs for continuing the forum. |
