This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. Thanks for continuing this thread. I absolutely love it. I was weary about weighing myself everyday, but it actually is beneficial. Ok I'm in!!! However my body is still holding on to stuff that needs to pass...
Today I received some Magnesium Citrat & things should start "moving along" so to speak by tomorrow or Thursday (fingers crossed)! When that happens I will weigh again! People from last month may remember my 3 pound overnight gain (not really a gain I was told) which made me not want to weigh again until things got better...lol Anyway, if it's ok I will post my new weight asap! :thup: |

Nov Goal 183 I also measured today (completely forgot to do it yesterday!) and lost .25 off my forearm, 2.5 off my waist, 1.25 off my chest, 2.5 off my hips, .25 off my bicep, 1.25 off my thigh and .5 of my calf for a total of 10.75 inches in October and 40 inches lost total since June! |
