Hi everyone!!!

I started my own version of Atkins Diet. Basically meats,low vegetable's,and very low fruit.

Anyway I have Lyme disease and its been hard sticking to this I was so sick this past winter also treated coinfection called babesiosis mepron & biaxin xl just one of many tick borne infections that I got from tick bites.
Anyway I got myself started last month may 15 2007 and went to my Lyme Dr LLMD and got weight checked on June 11th 2007 Lost 19 LBs starting to feel better finally.

Whats nice is it is alievating some of my symptoms because of the brain being fed ketones.Instead of carb fed :D

Anyway just introducing myself.
I started at 407lbs- ~ 388lbs.

Lost another 17 lbs
 

Lost another 17 pounds in the month of june 11/july 09 down to 371 pounds :wave: :D

Thats a total since May15-07 of (407 down to 371 )36-lbs and counting. :D

Yep it ! is the new poison breads white flower anything Manufactures can breakdown and reconstitute into cheap food. I figure eat it the way God made it.
