Another low-carb item available at Loblaws...they now have as part of their Blue Menu a sucralose-sweetened ketchup which comes to 5 calories and 1g of carbs per tablespoon.

I've tried it and it is the best low-carb ketchup I've tried so far, and it is very reasonably priced. I think it is $1.99 for about 400 or 500ml bottle.

The people who own the place in Lasalle are REALLY, REALLY amazing. You might try calling them and seeing if they would deliver/ship to you if you paid for it.

They also have a new syrup from France that they tell me is better and stronger (== means you use less) than the DaVinci syrups...they have both regular and Spenda sweetened, just like DaVinci, and many flavours. They are a bit more $$, but if you use less, it probably works out. Next time I go I will try one of the flavours to see the difference.

Where did you find low-carb bread? I've been having a hard time.....

Lc bread I've just bought in Health Tree store in West Island (St-Jean Blvd), and I've tried already those new french syrups. I bought raspberry and chocolate flavors.IMO Davincis more concentrated and have better flavor. The price is the same. Davinci 750ml = 8.50$ others 1l=10$. Next time I'll definetely be back to Davincis, but you know our test could be different and you may try them. And ... yes they are amazing people there in LaSalle :agree: I also buy there my coffee.

Hmm, then I probably won't try them. I do really like the DaVinci ones and was only going to switch if I could use less of them, but if you find they aren't as concentrated, there is no reason for me to switch!

No, unfortunately, not...
I don't remember the brand name, but it has only 4 carbs -1 fibre=3net,and not bad at all. I'll post in the evening when I'll be back home the name of companie.

I was just at Q-Bec cafe in Lasalle to pick up Divinci's and they are WAY DOWN on their stock!!! The Divinci company has been sold off and it might be harder to get this stuff. Right now the guys are waiting to get enough orders to order more in BUT WE have to move fast!!! I asked them to get in Cherry, :yum: Banana, :yum: and root beer. :yum: Call them T O D A Y to order your fav! CALL BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!
