So how many carbs do you aim for per day?
I have been studying quite a bit the difference between good and bad carbs and using Fitday.com. At first I was shocked to find out that I had 398 carbs in ONE DAY!!!! Now, I am down to about 100 carbs per day. Atkins recommends 25.
I am just curious how many carbs you generally have in a day. And if you really feel like laying it on me, how many fat and protein? |
I try to say under 60g. I average closer to 40, but lose better at 30 or less.
My fat% is pretty high....over 65% Protein...I try to keep it around 85g. I am really tall though. You may need less protein depending on your activity level, size, etc... |
