Heres my success story, and this is a very short and quick one..

Thursday, felt horrible, bloated, fat, depressed, lethargic, back and knee pain...just lazy and unmotivated and irritible...did i mention depressed?

3 days later, 18 ketogenic meals later...I am just 180 degrees different and feeling like a million bucks. It has NOTHING to do with the 11 lbs I have lost but EVERYTHING to do with a new energy level! ...thats it. :wave:
