Time for a new Challenge!
This is a challenge to lose 5 pounds at a time, hence the name "5 Pound Challenge." Anyone can join at anytime. Just copy the list and add your name to the list. You use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge Start at 5.0 lbs to go Move yourself up in the ranks accordingly. When someone loses 5 lbs we have a WINNER! and start a new thread. After a good heart to heart with Susan, (Smullen) on FB chat we both have new insight and new will power! So let me get rid of the 2 lbs of water weight and the 2 lbs of real weight I have gained and see a new low (which would make me over the moon, tired of the same up and down for 2+ months) So this 5 lb challenge has as it goal a truly new low! Have been bouncing but never achieved anything for months...let alone seen 165 yet...maybe this challenge will be the one that gets me there! |

I have enough stress in my life without adding more! :) But it's a new month. Downward we go! |
I know that bounce Momma bear, I have been doing it for two months, I was just eating too much food I decided. I am back to measuring and weighing my food, it was a reality check for me.LOL
I would really like to be in the 150's by July 1rst. Anything in the 150's....159.8 would do. I really want to get past the 168's and stay away from them. This challenge would put me into new territory, I haven't seen 165 in years. There are going to be challenges, the racing season (sailboats) has started. |
