Sausage/Bratwurst with No Fillers?

Heya all!

Does anyone have a sausage or bratwurst (or both) that they recommend that has NO FILLERS? All of the sausages/brats in my grocery store have some carbs in them, and I'm looking for something with zero carbs.

Any help would be appreciated :D

Thanks guys

Wow, Imma beginning to wonder that there really isn't a carb-less brat or sausage...

Bumping this back up on the list!

do you guys mean like meat in a tube with no seasons other than salt? I think "seasonings" would all have some carbohydrate in them or are you trying to avoid explicitly added sugar?

You can find sugar free sausage online at US Wellness meats

https://grasslandbeef.com/

and at Slankers Grassfed meat

https://www.texasgrassfedbeef.com/

I can also get some at my local food coop that they make fresh but that's in Vermont and probably won't help you.

I've made my own breakfast sausage by mixing ground pork with seasoning.

Kosher brats cannot have fillers. Also, if you have a German market nearby, the real thing (as in bratwurst) has no fillers.
