Peanut Butter-Chocolate Mousse?
ok, I don't know if anyone else has tried this.. but it sure was good!
I mixed together: 1 Tbsp sugar free salt free Kraft peanut butter 1 Tbsp cream cheese and nuked for 10 secs to blend; added 1/2 tsp cocoa powder. Then I whipped 1/4 cup heavy cream, with a splash of Da Vinci SF caramel syrup. Folded the pb mixture into the cream (or was it vice versa?) along with about 1/2 pkt of sweetener. Finally, I nuked 4 squares of Guylian SF milk chocolate (1/2 serving), let it cool a while and poured/scraped the melted choco over the top of the "mousse". It is sooooo good and quite peanut-buttery! About 5 carbs, I think? |
