One Year Today!
 

ONE YEAR TODAY!
On December 26 2014 I weighed 294 pounds-- I realized if i didnt make a change I would be over 300 pounds before my 50th birthday. I got serious and cut all sugar and breads and etc out of my diet and re-read my original Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution and Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution books. A few days later I started tracking everything I ate and got even more serious.

I have lost 110 pounds so far, I have less than 40 pounds to go till goal and I plan on being there by this summer. I will turn 50 next November. I stay pretty close to the old Atkins induction list of foods, Eat when hungry, and no cheating.

That is absolutely fantastic.You have completely turned your life around. You quite rightly should be very proud.

Congratulations! You're looking good. 110 pounds is how much weight I have lost, although not as quickly. It's a great feeling.
