This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. But he is now in Rehab and definitely on the mend so I'm hoping that my own life can get back to something approaching normal! 01 FEB 17 -- 237.0
January started at 224.0 lb, went down to 214.5 lb (new low), then shot up to 248.0 lb in ten days, and ended at 237.0 lb. None-the-less it was a great month. I ended 2016 with an HbA1c of 16.1% and was totally out of control sugar wise (obviously). I made it through ALL of January with NO cheats and have my sugars under firm control. I really have no idea what weight I should have been at on New Year's Day because I was so atrociously dehydrated. I'm pretty sure I lost five to ten pounds of fat, but I don't care. I'm feeling great, I've got my sugar addiction under control, and I think I've got a new attitude that will finally see me through. Goal for end of February is 227 lb. |
