This month goal : 260lbs by the 31 of august, let's start :

August 1 - 269.4 lbs

That's a good reasonable goal. I never really set goals to achieve by a certain time, I'd get depressed if I didn't meet them but I do like to hit certain goals whenever i hit them, as seen in my signature.

I think August is going to be awesome! Can't wait to get started!! :agree:

Here is to big losses in August and getting well.. my only goal....even though I bounced up 2 pounds to start August!!!!! LOL!!!!
