Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. 4/01 - 210 I'm back on track. I've had so many setbacks this past year. I've grabbed the bull by the horn and promised myself to eat for better health. I started this past Monday. Carbs are hard on my body and it's like smoking or other bad habits, I just have to make up my mind I'm done with them. Hope you all have great success in whatever your goals are. Here for you!
