Hi Everyone,
Well I'm back and embarrassed to say I've gained back a lot of the weight I lost. I can't believe I let myself do that, especially after reading all the warnings about staying away from carbs or I could trigger a "relapse..".
I was reading on the forums how some folks eat carbs one night a week, so thought I'd try that. It very rapidly turned into eating carbs and sweets seven nights a week! I just don't have the willpower those folks do I guess.
Anyway, I'm back and I'm going to be vigilant this time. I have to get it through my thick head that it is a WOE not a diet, and it is forever.
