That's interesting Iceberg! I have a breath meter that I use and my morning reading is usually higher than the end of day, even if I"m fasting. I never check mine after activity/exersize because I'm usually out side away from the Ketonix unit. Maybe I'll try an experiment this week near home pre and post exercise. I'm thrilled. I struggle so like many of you for any loss. My goal was 2 pounds. I'm ready for May! Next week my job takes me away from home. So, planning on taking some food with and a lunch bag to stay on track. Hard boiled eggs, string cheese, avocado, a few nuts, etc. I don't want to blow it. I made sure the place I'm staying has a treadmill as I don't want to stop that either. Have a great day everyone! |
