Charlotte, NC - Lo Carb Locals
 

I'm in Charlotte and looking for other lo carbers nearby. I just started and I'm having trouble finding lo carb products at local stores. I would appreciate any help I can get.

I am in Lewisville NC. I think im about an hour to an hour and a half away from you. I dont know how much help I would be with your issues with store's because I really dont do anything special (Im fine with tons of meat, Cheese and Egg's) I would love to be weight loss buddies though! I was doing low calorie diet at first and lost 11 pounds but then started to gain for no reason so I swiched back to low carb (I have done Low carb in the past and lost about 30-40 pounds....But I gained it back) Anyway I am down 10 pounds right now! I cant private message yet because I have not posted enough but maybe we can exchange e-mails or screen names for messanger.
