Goal of this challenge: Simply to tally how well I do sticking to my diet plan over the next 90 days. Good days: 8 So-so eating: 2 Off the mark: 1 ~~~~~~~~~~ Late snacks: 3 Yesterday: Good day. 35 net carbs, higher on the calories (on purpose), and a last good workout before Saturday's 10K. So far, so good with this challenge. I'm liking my current WOE and this challenge format works as a nice gauge to measure how things are going. I like it much better than restarting with every screw-up. |

I did eat late but it was on plan :) Happy to be stringing these low carb days together. Happy that the scale is again moving in the right direction! |

NONE As the corned beef finished boiling, I realized this too could be a dangerous food. Approaching with caution. |

no misses 1. No computer use between the hours of 9AM and 5PM except for my Buddhist teachings and tracking food on Cronometer. 2. No computer use in the morning until after I meditate. 3. No computer use after 10PM 4. At least 1 hour of study per day (added on day 5) |

I ate 33 net carbs with plenty of protein and fat. I ate well yesterday, but not too much. I'm calling it another good day. Today I will be upping the fats and keeping the carbs lower than my plan calls for. Breakfast in the morning will be BP coffee + my normal fiber supplement. After that I'll be off to run my 3rd Richmond 10K. |
