Vitamins and minerals?
 

When I put in vitamins and minerals. The measurement says mg or whatever, but I have percent on the package. I've been putting in, for instance Calcium 2% and I'll put the % sign in the box with the number since I don't have the milligrams on the package. Is this the right thing to do, or do I need to find out the RDA for 2000 calories and do the math to get the mg that 2% of RDA for 2000 is?
