This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. 04/01 thru 04/30 - 210 to 205 - (5 lbs lost) 05/01 thru 05/31 - 205 to 200.8 (4.2 lbs lost) 06/01 thru 06/30 - 200.8 to 197 (3.8 lbs lost) July goal is 1 lb a week for a total of 4 lbs for the month - Goal wt of 193 by the end of July. 07/01 - will update tomorrow.
