Crack slaw

I am trying to find a recipe for the crack slaw I keep hearing about. I can not :(

Here's the recipe I usually use:

She has many variations, but I've only tried the classic (which is delicious). I eliminate the sweetener and use a bit more vinegar, increase the amount of cabbage and ginger, usually use ground pork rather than ground beef. It's a great flexible recipe.
