It's time... again. 🙂

45 year old Mama to 4 boys ages 22 all the way down to 1 year old. It's time to reclaim my body. I've had great success with Atkins in the past. Then the last time I did it- not so much. Excited to re-commit! My weight is at an all time high.... for now. 😀
