Hello all! My name is Katie, I'm new to the forum. I've been researching a lot on low carb/sugar free lifestyles, and think that it may be just what i need. I've always felt somewhat bloated and just never completely "right" in my own skin. I'm really wanting that feeling! I just got married this past October, and marriage has brought me happiness, and 10 lbs more weight! I don't want to settle for the way I look and feel now, I'm ready to get my life back on track.

Just thought I'd introduce myself! :)

Hi Katie - welcome! Truly, sugar-free low carb is a godsend to many of us! Congrats on your marriage - nothing like contentment to add lbs, huh? Happened to me in my first marriage too.
You'll find so much info and support here - I learn something new every day.
