This was presented as a possible Super Bowl Snack, from a list of recipes developed by Melissa S - the blogger for I Breathe I'm Hungry.

I think it could be breakfast, or lunch with a salad (or whatever) added, or a snack.

Swiss Chard & Ricotta Pie

What I especially love is she gives all the nutrional info - for as a pie, as muffin sized or mini-muffin sized, and with or without having used sausage as a crust.
