Broccoli Salad
Ingredients 2 heads of fresh broccoli, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/4 cup Splenda Directions In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, bacon, and cheese. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and sugar; stir well. Add to broccoli mixture and stir until everything is coated. I don't know the carb count on this but i have been eating this a lot lately it is really good. |
Had this for our Thansgiving supper last night, and it was great. It will be a keeper.

This is one of our go-to side dishes, too. Lately, I'm using mayo and a little half n half for the sauce and leaving out the sweetener and vinegar (which is very good btw). I make it a day before and the flavors really blend in fridge.
