Getting rid of smok(-e/ing) / Day one :)

Hi

don't know if there's much to say. Today I have decided to follow my decision I have made two years ago to never smoke again. See if it works.

Hope to hear some supporting phrases. :D

Thanks.

Cheers

I stopped today too. As in like... last cigarette 10 minutes ago, nicotine patch ON.. and then just saw your post this instant.

We can definitely do this! Like you, I have done this before too. The only trick is, to NOT start again, huh?! ;)

Wow. Quick answer there.

I won't be using any patches or NRT methods. First of all I'm too lazy to go out and actually buy them and/or talk to people who sell NRT.

That alone is reason enough for me to stop smoking cold turkey. :p

But good luck to you too. I hope we can pull it off.

I'm only using the patches for 4 days, haha!

Go, go, go! I'm rootin' for you both! After 3 days, it begins to get a little easier, hour by hour, day by day.

Thank you Nancy!!

I was weak. I smoked two cigarettes yesterday. :o

I was weak too...hrrrmph. New Year tomorrow though, new habits!

We can definitely do it!

Somehow amusing. At least we suffer similar pain. Haha.
