Well, I am done with researching. I am now moving on to actually following a LC way of eating.

I just wanted to say Thank You to everybody who answered/replied to my questions...I feel because of you I can now move forward with confidence knowing I have the necessary knowledge to succeed.

I'm two days in and feeling positive.
