Splenda on Sugar Busters?
 

I have company here who are on SB. They know they can have some artificial sweeteners; but don't know if they can have Splenda.

Does anyone know for sure?

using sb for about7 months..it really works (38 pounds lighter!!)

of course you can use splenda...it is compose of fructose and that kind of sugars is ok with sb user(but remember not every kind of fruit :exclm: :exclm: :exclm: )...and also lactose(milk of 2% or less)
