Heavy cream and cheese mold?

In regards to candida diet, if the cheese is melted and cooked crispy, wouldn't that kill any mold in it?Heavy cream, would there be mold in it? Doesn't seem like it would have mold, and I can't find any information that says there is or isn't.~Thanks for any help!

Mold on cheese - probably, but the flavor, if there is a lot of mold, could still be there.

If the cream is pasteurized, it will rot before mold grows on in. If it's raw cream, you may have yourself some nice sour cream. :)

What I meant was, cheese inherently has some mold in it, so if you have Candida in your body, you shouldn't eat cheese. So I was wondering if I cooked it cripsy, would that kill the mold that is in the cheese. I would think so, but not sure.

Good to know about the cream!
:)

Oh! I thought it was a food safety issue. I'm a Food Safety Advisor so when I see the word "mold," I think of food that's gone bad.

Sorry about that - carry on! :)
