ALA Dosage

What is the optimal dosage to take of Alpha Lipoic Acid in order to get into ketosis quicker? Also, should it be taken before meals or after?

It should be taken with a meal..after is ok as well.

I feel 50-100 mgs taken with meals is a good dose. but I have seen instances where people who have taken ALA have seen their blood sugar drop pretty fast and lower than what is ideal.

So experiment with it and try and find the right dose for you..look for any subtleties..hypoglycemia like effects, type of things for instance
