I am just wondering where are all the Irish people who were posting last year....am really wondering if you have achieved your goals or where are you?

I have been using this site for a little while now but only realised there was the Irish end of it recently.....was thrilled and then a little disappointed as there didn't seem to be much activity since the New Year.....

I'm here, everyday! I post in the general low carb forum on a daily basis. I also have a journal. I try to post here too but noone ever replies. Maybe you and I can start communicating, peek at each others diaries etc.

I am off to NYC tomorrow so can't post for 8 days. When I come back though I'll be here every day as usual.

I have been doing atkins since the 22/01/03 . I have looked in here a few times also noticed not much activity ......Progress good so far lost 3.5 llbs 1st week :thup: this is my second on Induction...
I must try those superquinn sausages...
