NEW HERE - Starting plan today

Hello to everyone! I am new here. Today I will begin my Montignac journey. It was actually my doctor who recommended the plan!

I am very nervous about it and a bit sceptical but hopefully I shall be disproved!!! :hyper:

Eating out in the UK could be a bit of a nightmare - I live quite rural - Worcs. But we shall see how it goes. :rolleyes:

I would love to here from anyone following the plan or similar or anyone really.

Congratulations on your decision for better health!! I'm so glad to hear more and more doctors are recommending LC diets. No need to be skeptical!! It works!! You'll be amazed at how much better you feel!
