Parsley-Cilantro Salad Dressing
This dressing creation I was quite pleased with. It was particularly good with our lobster dinner this week. :yum: Think it would be good on jicama or cuke salads, too. Pictured here: http://buttoni.wordpress.com/2011/0...salad-dressing/
INGREDIENTS: Juice of ½ lemon (about 2 T.) 1/3 c. coconut milk 1 clove garlic, minced 2 T. green onion, chopped 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped ½ tsp.
