Slowly but so Surely. Still days when i see my old self and others when i see my progress but i can feel the difference of the lbs lost in every way.

Lookin' good! I've noticed this before with others who have lost weight - and I'm definitely seeing it with you - the face changes SO much and really makes a person look a lot younger!
