Not Hungry Anymore

I went through the phase where I would get really hungry really fast, but now I'm just not hungry anymore. Has anyone had this happen? I've always been the kind of person who could eat anytime, so this is definitely strange for me.

Hi talervo,

I missed this post, so sorry!!!

And, what's more, I can't say I have ever experienced not getting hungry. Only when I was really depressed, if my memory serves me rightly. When I feel good, I need to eat and regularly, and a lot, otherwise I am not a nice person.

Has this feeling gone away in the meantime?

I'm back to being somewhat normal. I only eat 1 snack a day and don't eat a lot at meals. I'm not losing weight (which is fine), so I must be getting enough nutrients. I'm pretty sure I'm getting around 1500 calories in a day.

Since this happened I decided to go to the maintenance phase. It's weird eating more carbs, though. I'm not quite up to the maintenance carb amount and am not sure if I will get there. With the PCOS I'm thinking maybe I should keep it at most at 30 per meal. Have to say I'm happy about being able to eat my berries in the morning without worrying about the carbs.

I must have been in ketosis before because my hubby was complaining about my breath. Maybe it was the ketosis?
