174.8....174.6.....
 

It is interesting to see how the scale jumps up and down, but fun to see it jump less high each time. For the last 2 days I sat at 174.8 but was too busy at work to post anything. Today was 174.6....Day 1.

Now that I post my weights, I realize I don't stall as much as I thought I did, but I do hover around certain weights before the scale drops to a different, but lower, weight. Anyway, doesn't matter to me how long it takes, as long as it takes this time.

Be it 1# or .1# it's still a loss.... good for you.

Now if only MY scale or tape would actually move for a change....
