I don't come to the island but thanks for the invite. I was hoping that some locals could tell me about stores that sell low carb stuff so i don't have to look online. Like low carb ketchup and superstore.

I live in Vancouver, and have been doing LC for 6 years. I'm happy to help if I can.

Except for low carb ketchup at Superstore, I get most of my LC products from Nature Living Health at 2688 Arbutus. They sell Red Square Bakery products (crackers, bread, cookies, cinnamon buns) as well as tortillas, Walden Farms dressings, muffins, Davinci syrups and much more.

The few things I can't get there I order online from the low carb grocery (chocoperfection candy) or take a trip down to Fred Meyer in Bellingham (Hood milk).
