Cardio For Beginners
 
i found this workout for free from my cable "on demand" freebie videos. it was actually a great workout. i really enjoyed it. it wasn't hard on my knees and the moves are easy to follow, but don't let that fool ya' i was huffin' n' puffin' after 8 minutes. man! it was making my butt cheeks sore. :lol:

it is great for beginners. she encourages you to just do the step n' place move whenever your tired and to drink water when you need it so you can make this workout as intense or less intense as you like until you build up your stamina.

i like it. i'm going to see if it's also on netflix and if not i will eventually purchase once it's no longer on "on demand or netflix". it's only $9.99 and they do offer you 30% off of that price with the code given on "on demand."

so enjoy it for free while you can. see if it's something that works for you. the workout is 20 to 33 min long. :thup: :agree: :thup:
