Something made with flax meal that tasted OK

I've tried making muffins with flax meal and even my dog would not eat them :)

But this recipe tasted OK. I didn't use reduced fat mayo, I used regular mayo and I added a little cayenne pepper too:

Nice. I wonder if that person has an egg allergy - I usually use egg in tuna/salmon patties.

I don't mind flax in things that are supposed to be bread-like, because it reminds me of a whole grain or 12-grain type of product. Any kind of muffin or treat? No thanks. Bleh. Even in the flax buns, I prefer them with something strong-tasting to hide the flax. Maybe spicy salami, mortadella, pepper jack cheese, etc.

I used to make flax bread (one piece at a time). Loved the taste of it because I like all the heavy type breads - 12 grain, pumpernickle, etc. I found that using bread and scraping pizza toppings on top of it was pretty tasty, too (that way I could 'enjoy' pizza with friends)
