Hi im going to Introduce myself :)

im 35, mommy of 3, married to a great man, who tells me im not fat,just because he loves me :) but we both know i am! im 212lbs 5ft 4in tall My son who is 17years old has been doing low carb and has lost 50lbs hes doing so good, i hope i can do the same.I will weigh myself every Monday, I dont want to go crazy with the scale! wish me luck :)

Welcome....Welcome! Let's start together!!!!! We are similiar in weight and height. I'm 5'2 and 210 and I'm on the 3rd day of induction for the 1,000th time! LOL Don't laugh! :-)

That's good. I'm doing the same. I chose Wednesday to jump on the scale. We are close in weight, let see how well we do next week.
