"It figures" is anyone else using this system?
I started with them 3wks ago, it is a circuit weight training system like curves the only differnce I found was the fees :thup:
I go 3x a week for about 30 minutes and the time does pass by quickly. I was going to go 4x a week but I am not sure if that would be benefical or harmful any ideas? Yvette |
I've never heard of them, but if it is the same as Curves and you want support for a Curves type of workout you could join us in the curves forum.
It's exciting to see your results each month and you really can get a great workout. Just make sure you are working in your target heart range and that you are giving your all on the machines in that range. Good luck to you! |
