Hello: I am 80 years of age, don't look it if I may say, but I need to lose weight because of my Arthritis.. Doctor has me on a Low Carb diet..I am down from 168# to 156 this Am. My hands and knuckles are swollen, and quite painful. I am a retired RN, who still keeps License active, you never know. :lol: I have been on Low Carb for 3 months. Remember friends, you can do it. if you mess up. Pick yourself up and try again...! :wave:
