30 Day Burpee Challenge
I'm participating in a Burpee challenge proposed by one of the Dailyburn instructors Anja Garcia (you can find it on her websitehttp://www.anjagarcia.com/).
It basically starts out at 5 burpees on day 1 and increases by 5 every day (taking a rest day on every fifth day). I am now up to 50 burpees. Whew, that's a workout! :thup: The best part is that I am only working out like 4 minutes per day! :) |
