Tonight we moved the treadmill back into the livingroom.

I did 5 minutes warming up and 5 cooling down; 2 complete turns faster for 10 minutes.

Treadmill for 5 minutes at 2 mph before lunch.

6 minutes this afternoon, at varying speeds, while DH repaired speed control pulley.

No treadmill tonight - Ernest and I tore the tall liriope into smaller plants, dug a trench along the front of the house and planted all but 5 plants. Later I worked on the patio planting 38 oak seedlings and tonight, after a nap, I planted the 5 left-over liriopes in pots on the patio. Any more and I'm afraid I'd be overdoing.

I'm not so sure about doing HIIT walking. It's about to kill me that I'm not suppose to walk tonight.
